A fantastic machine, I bought it as a gift for my wife and she is delighted by the easy to use features. She says it does all and more than you would need good for an accomplished sewer or a beginner.

Just finished quilting a blanket and the walking foot works perfectly on my Brother machine.
More expensive than some cheaper models on other sites, but they had some bad reviews. Buy cheap, buy twice. Am very happy with this purchase.

I wanted some extra feet for my sewing machine. I was not sure which category it was so I phoned GUR and spoke to Palma. He gave me the information I needed and is always patient and happy to give advice and make recommendations when I am not sure about something I am considering purchasing.. I have bought a Janome Atelier 3 sewing machine and a Jaguar Overlocker on his recommendations for which I am delighted with as well as accessories for a Husqvarna sewing machine and the Atelier 3. Each time everything is delivered on time if not earlier, perfectly packaged and in excellent condition. Everything is also the genuine article too. I couldn't be happier with the service GUR give and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I wished to order some extra sewing machine feet for my Janome Atelier 3. I was not sure of the category of foot I needed so a phone call to Parma who always goes out of his way to help and make sure his customers receive the best advice and service, I placed my order with confidence knowing I would get genuine parts and exactly what I needed. The feet came within a couple of days we’ll packaged in perfect condition. I’m delighted! Ordered Monday evening it arrived on Wednesday, great service from GUR. The machine itself is fantastic, easy to use, with a great range of stitches. There’s lots I’ve yet to learn but so far, I love it.

My last machine expired during first lockdown so a neighbour kindly lent me her Brother LX17 - my first experience with Brother and very impressed I was - though basic it was solid, a workhorse and it got me looking at other Brother models. Hours of reviewing led me to the Innov-is 15 - it's been a revelation all the features I have been missing out on over the years! It's easy to use so my daughter will be able to learn machine sewing and offers the extra functions that give me the flexibility I need. It's a delight to use so far and I look forward to playing around with all the machine has to offer.

Would thoroughly recommend this company. My queries were answered timeously and the responses very helpful. The only thing which would have been even more helpful would have been an estimated time of delivery at the time of placing the order.

The service from GUR was fantastic. Item ordered late on Friday delivered Monday. At time when deliveries rise are taking longer and longer this company pulled it out of the bag.

The fabric arrived on time and well packaged. Unlike other companies, the fabric was beautifully folded and looked after when being packaged so all I had to do was iron it and get sewing. I will use this company again.

Our local agent told us that we would not get the Brother sewing machine we wished to give our granddaughter for Christmas until January. We place our order on-line with you at around 2.30pm on a Wednesday and it was delivered the following day at 8.20am We were amazed at your speed. We have not opened the box yet as that will be done on Christmas day.

The buying experience and delivery was excellent and everything looks in order. It's a Christmas present, so the overlocker hasn't been used yet, but it's clear to see it's brand new.

Parmjit from GUR Sewing was very helpful in the purchase of the Brother A150 sewing machine. He also agreed to send the extension table WT13 as a complimentary accessory to the machine,which was fantastic. We received the order the next day via DPD. My wife is very happy with her new machine and we would like to say a big thank you to all at GUR Sewing.

I had very good experience purchasing a sewing machine from GUR. The only reason for a 4 * is that there were some parts missing from the package. However, GUR replaced the missing parts within a week. Excellent customer service.

I bought my amazing Janome sewing machine from
GUR Sewing in May this year and i have found i am able to purchase all my machine accessories from here too. Last month I purchased twin needles, the finish they give to a hem or cuff is really neat, I shall be purchasing more items from GUR Sewing in the future as they are good price and the parcels always arrive well packed and are delivered quickly .
