I have been very impressed with the service. The machine, ordered on a Sunday, arrived on Tuesday morning.
I already possess an embellisher machine, but find the Janome FM725 a useful addition because of the ease of use of the pressure foot.
The information and samples shown on the DVD were very useful, however, as I do not use a computer myself, I would dearly like to have a printed version of the advice it contains if that is possible.
