Prices are the lowest on the net: impossible to find a better deal. What's more important, the customer service is really excellent: any question is promptly and kindly answered, the delivery is very quick and should any problem occur (well, sometimes it happens even if it's not GUR's fault) it is immediately resolved providing a complete information.

The delivery service was second to none. The order was placed from Spain via the Internet on Friday morning, and dispatched the following day, i.e. Saturday. The courier service to Spain was swift and we received a telephone call the day before deivery to agree a convenient meeting place, given that we live in the countryside (or "Campo" as it is known here in Spain). On the day of deivery the phone range to advise a time and the delivery of our new sewing machine went very smoothly. We will definately use G.U.R. again for all additional requirements. Many thanks.

2nd Feb 2010 - impressively fast delivery service of my Pfaff 3 Select (IDT) sewing machine (within 24 hours!). Also thoughtful advice given in response to my email about my requirements. Would have liked an official receipt enclosed though, as my only proof of purchase is the email confirmation as I was unable to open the online invoice.

Having bought a quilting foot for my Pfaff machine I knew just who to go to when I decided to buy my Babylock Wave overlocker. I phoned GUR Sewing Machines on Thursday and the Babylock was delivered to my office first thing on Monday morning. What absolutely FANTASTIC SERVICE you get from this lovely Company. I recommend them to all my sewing friends. I was fully confident in booking and paying over the telephone - I am delighted to do busines with GUR. I phoned to say my machine had arrived and spoke to a really lovely helpful lady called Christine - who promptly offered any sewing advice I needed! What more could you ask for? The quarter-inch foot was despatched promptly and I was kept informed at each stage of the order process. I have not had time to "play" with my new piece of equipment but I fully expect it to do exactly what it should - ie provide a consistently accurate quarter-inch seam!

I ordered my overlocker over the phone and it arrived very promptly. I am new to overlockers and had a few initial problems with the stitching but each time I rang the staff were very very helpful. Palma was very patient with me and explained everything carefully to get my machine working properly, he couldent have been more helpful . So I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I know that if I have any problems I can ring and get some help which other companies do not always offer.Incidentally it was not the machine that was at fault it was the novice user and the the satin sheen material!!

I cannot comment because I have not recieved my Pfaff embellisher ordered 14th of Jan'.E-mails regarding correct invoices have been ignored as well as e-mails asking for information before buying have been ignored.....
GUR Comment: The item had been dispatched as soon as the delivery charge payment was made, as extra charges applied due to the machine having to be sent to Europe. I ordered a Pfaff 4 Select (Display Model) on Friday and it was delivered to Valencia, Spain on Wednesday in just 4 business days. The display model appears to be brand new having never been used, and was packaged in the original box as if it were new. It came with all accessories and the gift pact from GUR.
