Used o-line "Which" to find the best buy Brother sowing machine and then ordered it through "GUR" on a Sunday night requesting a different delivery address. Prompt acknowledgment of order and kept informed on delivery all the way along, Machine well packed and everything I had hoped for.
Free carry case had badly rusted screws but its no big deal, machine runs like a dream.

I bought a Brother BC2100 and I'm just loving it!
The delivery was fast, the people were very nice.
The instructions manual is very clear and I loved the DVD instructions.
I find the machine very light and also very silent, compared to what I used to have (singer machine).

I'm a beginner & did find the machine pretty easy to use once you get used to it. Unfortunately after on my second trial, the needle bend & I felt alittle sad. But I will never give up & try harder to master the art.

Hi I purchased a Brother 2100 sewing machine and was delighted with the speedy delivery and that it arrived in the 1 hour time slot as promised. I am an inexperienced seamstress and so was pleased with the ease of threading up etc. I have yet to try out anything other than basic stitching.

After a little confusion over payment details sent over the interweb, everything went smoothly. The Pfaff bobbin case was just what I needed. It's good to have a real person on the end of your phone - the net is very convenient, but having personal help makes the difference - if not I would have done business with a more local shop, even though the price was higher. The service from GUR is excellent, very friendly and machine arrived in 24hrs.
I bought the Pfaff select 4 last week 12 July and i am over the moon with it, it is a true work horse! Its very fast and sews over thick wadding at 6oz!! Wish i da bought it sooner.
Saving up now to buy the ruffler attatchmnet and will consider this site again. Thanks Jeanette x

I ordered wadding on a Tuesday for use on the following Monday. I contacted GUR to check if it would arrive on time. They chased up the order and it arrived on Saturday. It is now in my quilt. I would recommend their customer service and the competitive price of the wadding.
