I needed a sewing machine for my fashion foundation degree course, i didn't think that G.U.R website was real because of the amazing prices!! saving me £70. I checked the web and found GUR UK. I live in Australia so ordered on-line. The GUR staff were fantastic with email communication, very helpful and prompt. It took less than 6 days for my machine to come from the UK, through Aus customs and delivery to the door. PERFECT!! Such fantastic service, I'm so impressed - thank you so much!! I looked up lightweight machines on line and found the GUR site. I needed a lightweight machine that did a little more than the basics for taking to classes. I rang my order through to the number provided and was pleased with the reception and speed with which my machine was despatched. Good price is one thing but it means little if the after sales support is not good. Thankfully GUR excel in this too. When there was a courier mixup they reacted quickly and efficiently and not only shipped a replacement overnight but added a small birthday surprise for my wife. Top notch!!

As many before me have reported, indeed a quick delivery (would've probably been even faster but there was a weekend in between)! At first I had some trouble getting my machine to work, but it turns out nothing was broken (a case of user error). I'd contacted G.U.R for assistance and they were quick to respond with helpful advice (though by then I'd already figured out what was wrong, but it's great to know they're there to help). Very impressed with GUR. Ordered online and sewing machine delivered next day - constant emails to keep me updated on where the order was up to, including an email on the morning of delivery telling me in what hour of the day the delivery would happen - and it did. Not come across this with any other online retailer!

The Pfaff sewing machine is fantastic and beautiful. The delivery to Belgium was very fast. I only need an adapter to use the machine on the national grid. I also have to find a Dutch manual. But I am very impressed with this service! Very highly recommended.

Extremely impressed with the service. The order tracking information was really good, and I was given an hour timeslot of when the order would arrive which was very useful. Only negative issue was the sewing machine in the picture was purple (Brother BC2100) but the actual one I got was white.

Ordered brother innov-is 350 online late friday afternoon, acknowledgement of order monday morning, delivered wednesday morning to GERMANY! (Plus delivery to mainland europe was free unlike most other sewing machine dealers!!)
