I bought a sewing machine Pfaff select line 4.0 IDT on 1st of february in the evening and I received it on the 4th in Belgium ! Very fast delivery, very well packed and exactly as described with yhe amazing Pfaff gift (trolley and many items. Now I'm triyng my new machine!

An excellent machine delivered very quickly. Dvd very well produced. My only points for imporovemnt are that the dvd talks about an older model not the one purchased. I also feel that for the price of this machine the attachments mentioned on the dvd should have been included!

I was extremely pleased with your prompt service and information as to day and time of delivery.
I chose your site because I thought that I had visited a stand with your name at a craft show at Birmingham.
For the past 20+ years I have had 5 Janome machines the present one is Memory Craft 10000,and is used most days making articles to be sold to raise funds for our local Hospice.I have many times that I would love to have the 11000 but at almost 80 years I doubt I'd use to its full potential.

I have been so impressed with my New Janome Sewing machine 4900 purchased in December. Equally the 1st class service given by GUR was superb.When a mistake was made with the delivery of my machine they immediately offered to lend me an ex - demo model until mine arrived. This was delivered within a day and as soon as mine arrived they arranged for the swap. I have had to contact them since with a query and the staff are always very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This is a company I have recommended to others.
