It was the first time I ordered goods outside Germany and I am very surprised about the delivery time.
Ordered in the afternoon on 19th of April and received in the morning of 21st of April. It is even hard to achieve this for orders within Germany. Thanks a lot for the excellent service!

Excellent service from G.U.R.
Machine arrived next day exactly at the scheduled time.
Have tested BC2100 and all fine - written manual not as clear as DVD which was very good.
Lightweight machine so easy to transport room to room. Looking forward to trying the different stitches available.

Excellent, very efficient service. Ordered the machine online at lunchtime and it was with me the day after at 1 in the afternoon. They kept me informed by email in every step of the shipping and handling process, and the machine was delivered within the 1 hour time slot that was estimated.
