To order a sewing machine on a Monday (13th. June) for it to arrive on the Wednesday ( 15th. June) is nothing short of amazing !! Considering it had to be sent from Birmingham to central France, this is a service the likes of which I thought did not exist anymore.
I was devastated when my old machine expired on me and I never thought that buying a replacement was going to be the pleasant experience it has been from start to a rapid finish!!!
My 'phone call was answered promptly and courteously as were my queries about the machine I subsequently bought. A "thank you" to Billy!
Since Wednesday I have been taking my new machine through it's paces and I am more than pleased. My old machine, will be coming with me on my next visit to be brought to your workshop. Maybe something can be salvaged!!
Thank you again for the wonderful service you provide as now I have a machine that I did'nt think I could afford let alone find ! One happy O.A.P.

I got my Brother Overlock 1034D a couple of weeks ago and I tried it at once. I haven't had the time to use very much yet but so far I like it a lot! The delivery was prompt and the contact was also great. I'm very pleased with my buy.

I had to change the delivery date after the initial delivery had been setup. This was no problem and the serger arrived on time. The amounts of free threads are great. Good gift, not a gimmick.

My sewing table arrived on Friday 17th June 2011, it has a little chip on one corner and there was a couple of small pieces broken off the plastic insert. Thankfully my husband was able to stick the pieces so the insert fits nicely. As for the little bit that is chipped off the corner I will cover with a little white paint so it won't go any further. I am really impressed with the delivery as would certainly order more goods from you in the future and I will certainly recommend your company to my friends here in France. Many thanks.
