Bought a Brother 1034D overlocker and am very pleased with the item. Superb service, very well packaged and speed delivery to Wicklow Ireland, arrived exactly when GUR told me it was going to. Price was very reasonable too. Will have no hesitation to recommend GUR to any friends looking for sewing equipment.

Still waiting for foot pedal and lead which where not in box when I received my machine. Rang GUR following morning, they promised to send one out to me - still waiting. Not happy so far!.
GUR Reply: We contacted Janome about this the moment we found out there was a problem with your order. A foot control was sent out the day after and should be with you by the time this message has been posted. We sincerely apologise about this but this was not our fault however we did our best to resolve the problem in the quickest way possible.
