I had read previous comments on the site, which gave me the confidence to buy online from GUR. I would add to these and say 'you can't go wrong'. I actually did make a hash of my order and it was sorted out, with no problems ,extremely speedily. The tracking and delivery went like clockwork. I would buy from GUR again and based on my experience, recommend GUR to others.

Delighted with my new machine. Should have replaced the old one sooner. Instruction leaflet is self explanatory. need to watch the dvd when I come to use the other feet.
I might add that the carrier left the machine on the doorstep so was not signed for.

When I rang just now about my needles I got to speak to a most helpful man , who explained that I had ordered extra strong needles and that they have a different appearance. Sorry for the confusion.
