I am delighted with my new Elna trolley bag although I had to modify it to accommodate my large Elna 730 Excellence sewing machine.
When I researched accessories for my new sewing machine I discovered that Elna does not make a cover for this particular model. It does however make a bag for the slightly smaller 620 model.
The bag was very easy to modify, I simply undid the seam on the end of each side piece, which are inserted to give the bag it's rigidity, and removed the plywood. This gave me the extra two centimetres that I needed to fit in the machine. I left in the soft flexible polystyrene which was either side of the plywood so sides are still firm enough to give bag it's shape. I am delighted with the bag.
the package arrived today 21 june 2013 - it took a little bit longer than expected however all products are great as expected.

It's great to have found a sewing website that offers free delivery on everything. Some companies want £2.99 delivery when u only want an item that cost £1.25! So I don't usually buy small sewing items online, but I will now buy from you again thanks to your free delivery.

I noticed the difference with the motor straight away, it runs so smooth and the handy switch on the pedal that controls the speed is great.
I set it to slow so that even if my foot slips it will still go at a steady pace.
Really happy with the machine, just wish it came a bit sooner, ordered it on a Saturday and got it on a Tuesday, getting it delivered on the Monday would have helped.

Excellent service - Janome TXL607 arrived next day. My wife is still learning about the functions but loves the auto needle threading, needle up/down, auto lock and thread cutting facilities. Has now stopped using the foot control in favour of buttons. Very happy so far!

Although I phone up for advice as to whether I would buy Lk150, I asked a few questions and the person I spoke to who did take my order didn't seem to know anything regarding the knitting machine I wanted to buy, which I find a bit odd. It would be nice that when phoning up fhe person who works for your company is aware of the products there selling

Thank you very much for prompt and efficient service, item is perfect after two mishaps! Ordered a Janome from John Lewis, spent 4 hours threading and unthreading no matter what I tried I couldn't get it to work. Am quite proficient with a machine so eventually came to conclusion it was faulty and returned it on May 5th, still waiting for refund.
Then I ordered the Hobby from Sewingmachinesales.co.uk, because of different delivery address they wanted extra security I gave them my credit card. Somehow this duplicated the payment and even though 2 payments were taken, no machine was reserved - they were in stock when I ordered then I was informed 10 days minimum before available. So awaiting 2 refunds here.
Thank goodness for GUR! You will be my first stop for sewing needs in future, threaded the machine works perfectly first time.
