I ordered an evolution fabric guide but was sent a blind hemming foot. I was asked to return the foot which I duly did Monday this week.
It is now Friday and I have had no communication from GUR.
Billy promised to send the correct foot out immediately to me by 1st class. I have not received the foot so far.
Not a good first experience of using GUR.

Am very pleased with my purchases but disappointed that you don't stock zips! Package arrived within a week but expect that's due to the postal service.

Our sewing machine arrived a day earlier than predicted! The van driver who happened to be in the area called the previous afternoon having our delivery on board and as we were at home received the machine earlier. Well done and thanks for a good service!

I was looking for a bobbin doughnut and found GUR. They were much less costly than other suppliers with free postage. So I ordered from them. The order arrived very quickly. As a textile artist, when I am looking for anything in the haberdashery line, I now look there first. Pure chance that I found them, but I'm glad I did.

Everything I needed was there to order, however, the order was made on 19th June...it is now 26th June and I still have not received my goods. Surely it can't take a week to send a few reels of thread! Sorry, but Disappointing service.
