This was the first time I'd purchased something from GUR Sewing Machines and I have been thoroughly impressed with their service. I ordered at 2.50pm one afternoon and unfortunately my payment had not cleared by 3pm so I couldn't have delivery the next day. I didn't mind about this at all, but the company called to explain and apologise for this, great service. They then called back a bit later as they couldn't locate my delivery postcode (I had entered incorrectly!) so rang to double check. I received delivery text updates and knew exactly when it was being delivered. Great service and would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

Shopping with GUR has been a brilliant experience. My overlocker looper broke so I promptly phoned GUR who were very helpful on the phone. They told me I could have the machine the next day and e mailed me all the information for my order. I even knew to 15 minutes when the parcel arrived. This was a replacement for my other brother machine because the looper snapped. This machine is smooth it threads easily and has a lovely stitch. The light comes on at all times and the bulb blew after the machine had been left on all day. It is easy to clean and easy to carry too. I would only choose a brother machine the last machine I bought in the late 1980s .
