The Sewing machine and software arrived just after noon next day after my order, delivered by van direct from Brother, excellent service. The additional items were sent by post, and this was not clear when I ordered, but a quick email to G.U.R. asking for clarification set my mind at ease, and they arrived shortly after.

I had taken my embriodery machine in for a service, but i had seen this Brother Lx17 online previously, so the staff got one for me to take home in about 5 minute's, plus showed me some alternative's, i still settled for this machine, and im more than happy with it, quiet to use, and can handle a few layers of denim easily, bottonholes well also, i have it for a standby machine, as i sew most day's, and cant be without a machine. A good basic allrounder for anyone, sturdy and easy to use, great haberdashery in stock also

Excellent staff and Brilliant service as usual. GUR is my "go to" store fore anything to do with sewing machines and sewing. I have purchased two machines ( and an extension table) plus several other accessories from them and I am VERY happy with everything.

The Brother INNOV IS 55 was supplied at a very good price and delivered directly from Brother UK within 2 working days. The GUR sales staff were very helpful

I needed to order some more needles & feet for my Jaguar sewing machine but was unsure which were the correct ones to buy. I used the online chat and the person was so incredibly helpful and posted me links to each of the pages I needed to go to for the correct needles & feet for my machine.
I have purchased items from GUR a couple of times and I always find the prices are competitive but the customer service is always outstanding.
I can honestly say that I will only be using GUR for any future purchases of machines or machine parts for my sewing and quilting needs

This was an amazing dinosaur picture a great addition to a wig wam I was making for a friends grandson who loves dinosaurs, but likes the real pictures and not the cartoon images that seem to be printed on all fabric. So this fitted the bill very well, as he opened the wigwam the back wall was a real dinosaur scene,as I had sewn it inside.

I chose to buy this product from G.U.R rather than another company because their website was the most informative. It was easy to order and pay online, and when I realised I did not need one of the products I spoke to someone at G.U.R who was extremely helpful and arranged for an immediate refund. I am very happy with my sewing machine accessories. The Janome foot arrived sealed in the brand packaging and I have no doubts about its authenticity. With the free postage from GUR my items were better value overall than from other suppliers. Delivery took a week which was as stated on the delivery confirmation but I felt they could have arrived quicker, given they were small items.

I tried to purchase the maching a couple of times on line without any success so I phoned to purchase it and I was so pleased with the service because it arrived the next day. I absolutely love it. Thank you.

OMG I just love it....though it is now stuck in my front room as rather heavy and every (and I mean every) member of my family have some kind of arm, finger, back, elbow affliction! It is so sturdy and I know I am going to have so many happy years cutting and playing on it. Bought this for my Brother V3. Delivery was very fast and it fits and works on the machine perfectly, the quality is every bit as good a my Brother hoops...would definitely recommend.
