Thank you for the order which arrived a bit earlier than anticipated as it was on special order. The website experience wasn't very good as a floating dialogue box informing me of other people's purchases kept getting in the way...very very irritating and unwanted (I do not care nor want to know about what other people have bought!) I mentioned this and a couple of other points to the young man I spoke to (very helpful) when I had to call to get a query answered. Haven't used the needles yet but I do not anicipate any problems.

Still havent got it, was emailed the week after i ordered to see if i was okay waiting throught that week. I was, they didnt delivery apparently its in the post. We'll see. Poor communication and no product that''ll be 1 stars

The sewing box was lovely, well made and a good size with various compartments. Very good value and a lovely present.

Had a small hiccup.wrong itam sent .But customer services soon sorted it out whith no problem .very satisfied over all good.

Bobbin case arrived very quickly after placing the order, so obviously an efficient company. The postage packaging was in tact, however, the plastic packaging inside, enclosing the bobbin case was damaged, but this could have been due to poor handling by delivery staff.
Unfortunately, the bobbin case has not improved the function of my machine, but again, that has nothing to do with the service and efficiency of GUR sewing company and I would not hestitate to order from them again. I should also add that the price I paid was a great deal cheaper than anywhere else and I also received a 5% discount, so all in all, a good experience!

Lovely bag, large main compartment with an internal and an external pocket. Cute pattern fabric, arrived quickly and half the price of some on line.

This was a fantastic purchase. Firstly the hooks are great really comfortable to us and good quality. Secondly the service was great too. Really good price, free delivery, what more can you ask for?! I’ve just ordered another hook in fact!

Service was excellent. Easy to order. Now I can use bigger spools of thread, works out cheaper. Bag is just right for taking to workshops.

Everything fine with the machine, it seems very good quality and exactly what I was expecting, although I haven't had time to actually use it much yet. The only problem was one with delivery, for some reason it was initially sent to the wrong address, not sure how that could have happened, so I didn't receive it as quickly as expected, hence four stars instead of five. I would definitely purchase from GUR again though.

GUR: Sorry you feel this way. The item you ordered was on the 27/12/17  late wednesday and we dispatched it on the 28th Thursday as our normal service.

Tracking details were emailed to yourself and you should be able to view that this information is correct.

Excellent site to order from. Very easy transaction. My beautiful fabric arrived quickly. Well packaged. It is an absolute dream to work with and looks absolutely gorgeous on my 10 month old Grandson. I have made a pair of pyjamas, which are super warm and cuddly and now I'm in the middle of making a rag quilt.. I purchased 2 metres as it's quite hard to find gorgeous flannel/wynciette in the UK. Well done to GUR.

Arrived promptly with a nice bundle of accessories in the box so that it was ready-to-go. Ffreya received her GUR500 for Christmas and was delighted with it. She's had a few lessons locally beforehand to learn how to use a machine and was able to put it to use immediately.

This is the second machine I buy from GUR. A few years ago I got a Sewing Viking H100 and now i needed a serger. This overlocker is very easy to use for beginners in overlocker like me. I threaded in less than 10 min when i changed the colours. Totally recommended. Saved a lot of time with the gathering feet. All very easy to use!!!
Love the experience with GUR the first time and that is why i came back to buy the overlocker. Quick and very professionals. Won't go anywhere else!
