I bought two mats one for my sewing machine and one for my overlocker. They are brilliant as before my machine vibrated a lot as it is one of the larger sewing machines now I hardly notice it thanks to these mats. Thinking of buying another for under the embroidery unit too. Good service from GUR

I am enjoying working on my second product from you very much which is intended for my Grand daughter. There is just one thing that has puzzled me, there is far more thread than I need.
I could perhaps do with some guidance over the problem of joining the open weave fabric on to material to make the cushion. On the first one , I experienced difficulty in unravelling of the edges as I made the cushion.
Other than that, a satisfied customer!

Lamp offered at a competitive price. Straight forward ordering and prompt delivery. Unfortunately, the lamp did not work. A replacement was arranged and arrived one week later (it was out of stock). This one works fine. The original was returned with the courier.

This bag is strong and has a pocket at the front which is large and it looks smart. Very quick delivery to
Bag is perfect for my new sewing machine and was delivered quickly. However the puller on the zip of the pocket came off the zip completely the first time I pulled it which meant I couldn’t close the pocket. Rather than the hassle of sending it back I finally managed to force it back over the teeth of the zip and clamp it back on with pliers. Working fine now !

I was disappointed in the colour. I had ordered burgundy which is the colour used above on your website. The colour that I received was more of a purple. I did not request to return them as they will probably be used eventually however I still have to find some true burgundy ones. This experience has put me off buying threads on line

It takes a lot of practice to get even pleats as instructors are quite difficult to follow. Once mastered, it’s a good piece of kit to have.

I ordered a few fabrics, FQ etc in the clearance which were bargins! Lovely Gutermann fabric, good quality. I will definitely check out the sales earlier next time! Colours were pretty accurate too! Also, Gur were quick to notify me when FQ were sold out. No problems with orders. Will keep checking this website for offers!
Exceptional price for a sturdy machine. I had telephoned to speak to an advisor as I specifically wanted a lightweight machine to take to workshops as I already had a larger Pfaff which I also purchased from GUR. I am very pleased with this machine, also the Pfaff and a Janome embroidery machine I also purchased from GUR. I find they are so willing to advise and the follow up if there are queries exceptional. I would not purchase a sewing machine from anywhere else. The delivery was rapid and I was even told a time slot for delivery. I am very pleased.
