This foot is too narrow to catch the feed dogs on a Janome HD9. Stitching looks perfect on top but the bottom is a mess. I have recently started using my machine for quilting and this extension table has proved invaluable. It wasn't cheap, even though it was in the sale, but I wanted to make sure I got one that fitted my machine perfectly, which it does. Very happy with my purchase.

The stand itself is very sturdy and strong, it supports my HD9 machine superbly. However the instructions that came with it are all in Chinese and I couldn't understand what it said. Having said that there are pictoral diagrams on the page that you can refer to, but I had to undo the supporting bars in order to centralise the table stand so it could be secured in place. There are four nuts that I just could not work out where they are supposed to be fixed as there is nothing on the pictures to show where they go and due to the language barrier in the written instructions they had to be left out. I am hoping they are not integral to the stability of the table.

Quick delivery from GURs. This a a good, strong piece of sewing machine furniture which I purchased for my HD9. Easy to assemble, the spanner and Allen key are provided. It provides a substantial area to support your projects.

I was a little disappointed that the product took longer than expected to arrive but it was certainly worth the wait. A super addition to my sewing equipment. Good quality and a perfect fit.

This is a really well made attachment. I bought it to make new seat belts for my husband's classic car. It made things do much easier, not having a foot in the way and I could sew, close up, to the metal brackets. Because it's so easy to manoeuvre fabric with this attachment, I think It will have multiple uses. I know a lot of quilters are now using it.

This was delivered quickly and is perfect for the job. I immediately started using the small spool cap and my thread ran much more smoothly as I sewed.

The needle threader supplied did not have the left hand 'finger lever' and did not match the one it replaced although the the product code was the same. It did fit the machine however, but has less maneuverability.

I have just bought a new sewing machine and wanted to go through all the features and learn to use it properly. Although the manual is quite thorough in explaining the machine it needs you to come up with ideas yourself for trying out the features. This book gives you exercises which seem to take you through everything in a practical way. At the end is a sampler quilt to make which although a bit boring in design takes you through using your machine features in a useful way. A very helpful book .

This was the one item missing from a second hand machine that I bought recently. Although it seems a lot of money for such a small item. It is great. I particularly like that the inside of the foot is clear plastic, making it easy to view the stitching. I would highly recommend this item.

It's great for sewing in zips (which is what i was hoping) and normal sewing providing a perfect guide for topstitching without trying to keep to the machine bed measurement. Allows me to stitch using one foot rather than changing to a zipper foot throughout my crafting.

I have the twin acufeed foot which is brilliant but sometimes it’s great to use a narrower one

Excellent piece of kit! I used it join together 6 layers of fabric, as follows: Quilting cotton Wadding Quilting cotton Three layers of organza Nothing moved, all stayed together. Great for extremely accurate sewing.

To be honest this is a must if you own a Janome 525s because the buttonhole foot is mediocre in my experience and this helps it sew much better. I’ll use it every time now, not just for bulky areas.

A very useful addition to my machine, it’s great to have quilting guide that fits to the left hand side of the presser foot, makes quilting easier.

I was so annoyed when my automatic needle threader broke. It’s not covered by the warranty and I thought it would be expensive to have fixed, and then I found this replacement part. It’s easy to remove the old component and replace it, it just pops off the machine. It works so well, Very happy with purchase.

Replacement for broken foot. Does exactly what it’s meant to. I make a lot of clothes for dolls and it’s great for neatening seams. Not sure I’d use it for the human equivalent but on a small scale it works really well.

I have only just started using this software so have not been able to explore everything it can do. I am also waiting for a particular embroidery machine to become available, but I have been able to learn some of the software without the machine. So far I have been very impressed with how easy it is to use. I have uploaded jpeg simple line artwork into the program and it seems very easy to convert these images into embroidery files. There are simple shapes that can already be used in the software itself. The interface is very clear and easy to view what the final embroidery would look like. So far I am very impressed and would recommend this.

I watched a few youtube videos before purchasing and it looked straightforward to swap in and use. I was concerned about it being too much of a faff so I wouldn't get enough use out of it. When the ruffler foot arrived I watched another video in slow motion and within 5 minutes it was up and running. It really is easy to install and use and the ruffle effect is perfect every time

I like the double Acufeed Foot very much but it can be bulky at times. This single foot is much narrower and is ideal for smaller items. I would recommend it.

I am very very pleased with the hem guide and would like to order from GUR again. However, I had a slight problem with the delivery as the package (both outer and inner) was badly damaged which was a concern but the contents were fine. This is not a reflection on the company as the problem was with the courier used. Thank you.

THis extension table is great it fits on so easily and even for small items it is handy for the support. It has made a big difference to me as I have bad arthritis in the hands and it helps tremendously

This firm never let me down. I ordered two which arrived in France a few days later. With all the sewing, embroidery I do I needed a new bobbin case and one as a spare. Imy Janome15000 uses on average, two a year as they wear out.

Very happy with my recent purchase of the Janome open toe free motion quilting foot. As the foot is clear it is easy to see where you need to go next when sewing. I had to practise quite a bit first to get the technique before using it on my quilting.

I bought this machine from Gur sewing machines as an upgrade to the Janome 6500 machine. This 7700 has served me well for all dressmaking, patchwork, quilting and a whole host more for the last ten years. Sadly I needed a new foot plate and Gur sent me one promptly to replace the other. Not only can I thank Gur sewing machines for their fair and efficient service to me in France but also to thank them for the original Janome 6500 which still works like a dream without service or repair from more than 25 years back. I buy only top of the range machines but they have lasted a lifetime of work and proved to best economical in the long run. I also bought three embroidery combo machines and alas, they never seem to wear out either though my next choice will be Janome M7 continental which …

I ordered the Janome 550e Machine from GUR in November and love the machine. Although it comes with 4 hoops, I realised that the RE28B would be a useful hoop and how right I was! I’ve probably used this more than the largest hoop and it has opened up the ability to embroider so many things. I would recommend this hoop to anyone with the 550e machine.

great little set, comprehensive selection of rulers. These rulers are sturdy and really useful. What fun they are making free motion quilting much more achievable.

what a great little gadget. always struggled with the wide foot when attaching binding to quilts and when making bags with wadding and foam interlinings. This makes sewing so much easier. Took a little getting used to having the 'hoof' at the back on the narrower accufeed foot rather than the 'paws' at the side to feed the fabric through .

Attaching zips to bags of any size with wadding or foam so much easier and more accurate sewing. Not yet tried it on dress making but sure it will be a huge asset .

This foot is perfect for ditch stitching, echo quilting and any other straight line quilting. You can see exactly where the needle is going to fall. I love this foot and would recommend it,
