Unicorn quilt April 2024

I made this quilt for my 8 year old neice for her birthday. Its made up of 3 layers, the topside (first photo) shows fabric squares some of which have been appliqued, the 2nd layer is the batting or padding, the underside layer (2nd photo) is the backing which is a patterned brushed cotton fabric. The 3 layers are sandwiched together with quilting stitches and the binding around the quilt is the finishing touch.
