Surprise Memory Bears for Christmas 2023

I made 5 surprise memory bears out of my late mother in law's clothing for her 5 grandchildren, gifted for Christmas. The black fabric was from suit jackets, and the check fabric was from pyjamas. The memory bear pattern is the Betsy Bear from Cwtch & Bloom. During making, I was doubtful of myself and if I could get them done in time for Christmas, but I did and every minute of stress and doubt was worth it when I saw the looks of sheer shock, wonder and joy on their faces. There were even a few tears all round and I know these beautiful bears will be treasured forever. I used my Novum 555QE sewing and quilting machine to make these and it was amazing. My sewing skills and confidence in my own ability have improved greatly and I can't wait to start my next sewing project.
