WHAT IS AN “A” GRADE
Any machine which is classed as an “A” Grade has had no more than a few hours use and it is likely that the machine may not have been used at all. The majority of “A” grade machines are machines which have been simply unboxed for display purposes. There are other machines which have been sent to customers but have been returned to us if the customer has changed their mind. As soon as a box has been opened the machine can not be sold as a brand new machine, therefore in mostly all cases these machines are virtually new. Nevertheless our customers are of the highest priority therefore virtually new is not good enough for that reason we offer what no other UK retailer can offers in what we call an A – Z examination by highly qualified engineers of all our “A” Graded machines before they are put on sale to ensure your peace of mind.
