I went to the NEC in Birmingham for the Festival of Quilts; I was impressed with the whole day.The stall for horn furniture was also there, and they had the sewing chair.

I had been looking at the chair online, but there were a few negative comments about the comfort, so i had a sit-on one, and i found it comfortable compared to the office chair at home.

I have an account with GUR Sewing Machines. I bought my Novum longarm from them, and the service I have received on all my purchases has been excellent; if there is a problem, they email straight back or call, And the luxury of paying over a few months, as the chair is expensive, but you get what you pay for; I bought the one that can go high as I have a bad back and thought when I am at my cutting table, I would be a lot better off not having to stand for a long time.

So, if you are considering buying this chair, I recommend the Horn sewing chair

I love this chair; it is so much better than the office chair I bought. I opted for the tall one so I could use it at my cutting table and not have to stand as much. Having a bad back, I can't stand for long periods. Excellent customer service. i will use GUS for all my crafting needs in the future

My husband saw this on your website and thought it would be a good fit, as I was looking for a new machine. Checked it out as machine site were new to me. Using the site was easy straight forward and quick once placed my order was quick to arrive. On arrival machine was as described and on using exceeded my expectation. Still learning with it but over the moon with it ,can give more info when I've used it more. Also received a courtesy email making sure it arrived which was a nice touch. Excellent service, received a phone call beforehand to confirm which day delivery was best and instructions of where to find us was carried out perfectly. Overlocker purchased has been a good investment already and easy to use. Will be first port of call if a new sewing machine is needed. Thank you.

First over locker and delighted with it , easier to thread than I expected. Does everything I need and looking forward to using the piping foot on particular. Many thanks.

Never used an overlocker before choose this one as it can do a few different stitches and I’m very pleased with it, there is a video on YTube which explains threading & other things which is fantastic to refer to, I did need support as I thought it didn’t work but I had threaded it incorrectly when I changed thread colour & GUR responded really fast, it came with extra feet & a good quality bag to carry it in & comes already threaded I would definitely recommend this.

I spent some time looking for an overlocker that is the right price and would give me a professional finish to my garments.

I sew as a hobby so did nt want to spend too much and needed information on various machines in order to compare the different models.

I found the GUR web site very helpful and the prices were within my budget.I placed my order and it arrived the next day..I am very happy with the machine so far, I just have to master threading it up.

I bought this machine to replace a very old Toyota.

It took me a while to get my head around everything this overlocker would do. Having experimented with both woven and stretch fabrics I can only say how impressed I am with the quality and functionality. It does everything I need for making clothes with a proffesional finish for both adults and children in my family.

I encountered what I thought was a problem so emailed GUR customer service. Realising that the problem was down to my ineptitude I immediately emailed them back. Their response was fast. Well done! I would not hesitate to come back for other things I may need.
